St. Louis Master Gardener Application

The 2012 Master Gardener class is full. Applications are no longer being accepted. If you are interested in the 2013 course, contact Holly Records, Master Gardener Coordinator at 314-615-7605 or recordsh@missouri.edu

Classes are held each week at the Kemper Center For Home Gardening at the Missouri Botanical Garden (4344 Shaw Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63110.) Classes run from 1 to 4 p.m. each Thursday, January through May.

Volunteering is a large part of this program.  Candidates must volunteer 50 or more hours (40 of which are at an assigned location) in order to become a St. Louis Master Gardener.

Attendance at all class sessions is highly recommended. Trainees will be dismissed from the program if they miss more than two sessions. Trainees will be tested for their knowledge and must pass with 75% in combined scores.
