The Great Brightside Bulb Planting of 2012
Brightside St Louis is looking for volunteers to help Brightside plant 500,000 daffodils and tulips. What a great way to start 2012 and help kick-off Brightside's 30th Anniversary year!
Additional Information
Master Gardeners, Volunteers, Family, Friends and Community Groups are needed to help Brightside with planting the newly donated bulbs.
This is a great way to show your pride in St. Louis! As we will be planting along area highways, we ask that all volunteers be at least 16 years old.
Each day we will be planting from 9:00 a.m. to Noon. Please dress warmly, bring work gloves and your favorite shovel. Shovels will also be provided on site for those who need them.
Please meet and park in the Upper Muny Parking Lot. Shuttles will take volunteers to and from the planting locations. The first shuttle will leave at 8:45 a.m. No one should park on the highway.
Refreshments will be provided in the Upper Muny Lot.
