Master Gardener's Speaker Bureau

The St. Louis Master Gardener Speakers Bureau is a public service program dedicated to providing quality horticultural information. Speakers are Master Gardener volunteers who have completed the Master Gardener training provided by University of Missouri Extension and the Missouri Botanical Garden. Speakers have selected and prepared programs that reflect both their expertise and interests.

Master Gardeners will speak to groups located in the Greater St. Louis area. Garden clubs, schools, businesses, churches, neighborhood and civic organizations are invited to take advantage of the Master Gardener Speakers.

Presentations generally last about 1 hour and have a $50 fee. These fees help to offset costs of program material. The point person for the Speakers Bureau is Betsy Alexander.  For any issues or concerns related to the Bureau, she can be reached at or 314-961-8388.
